A HelpL³ne operator will ask for the 12-digit number of your card (this number is indicated in the right lower corner of the card under your photograph), then the operator will need to know the following information about you: country of residence, native language, the core of your problem. Depending on the nature of your question, you’ll be connected with a specialist, who may provide you with knowledgeable assistance.
